Privacy Policy for Bit Drop Last updated: 09/10/2026 WooJim Soft ("we," "our," or "us") developed the game Bit Drop as a free app with optional in-app purchases. 1. Information we collect Bit Drop does not require you to create an account or sign in. While you play, the game automatically sends the following to our leaderboard (you do not need to open the leaderboard for this to happen): - A randomly generated anonymous user ID created by Google Firebase Authentication. It is not linked to your name, email address or Google account. - The nickname you choose (or the automatically generated one such as "Player1234"). Do not enter personal information as your nickname. - Your best score and the highest level you have reached. This information is required for the leaderboard to work, is stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), and your nickname, best score and highest level are visible to other players on the leaderboard. All other game data, such as your progress, lives, settings and local best score, is stored only on your device. 2. Purchases In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. 3. Third-party services The game uses Google Firebase (to run the leaderboard) and Google Play services (for purchases). These services may process technical information such as your IP address in line with Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not use advertising networks or analytics services and we do not sell your data. 4. How to request deletion of your data Bit Drop does not use accounts. The only data we hold about you is your leaderboard entry (your anonymous ID, nickname, best score and highest level). To request deletion of your data: - Email support@woojimsoft.com with the subject "Delete my Bit Drop data". - Include the nickname shown on the leaderboard so we can find your entry. We will delete your leaderboard entry within 30 days of your request and confirm by email. Leaderboard data is otherwise kept while the game is available. Everything else (your progress, lives and settings) is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the game removes it. 5. Children's privacy Our game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it. 6. Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. 7. Contact us support@woojimsoft.com
